After nearly two weeks of evidence and argument, a jury in the District of Kansas returned a $7.06M verdict in our favor and complete vindication for my client. There were lots of hugs and even a few teary eyes. This was the hardest fought case I’ve ever been involved with and one of the first cases I took on when I started the firm three years ago.
